Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Deserve Their Privacy

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been accused of refusing to allow their fans to take photos of them during dinner at a restaurant in Baton Rouge, where they are filming “Breaking Dawn." If this is true, I see nothing wrong with it at all.

Some tabloid websites have said that Rob and Kristen were rude to do this and should deal with the fact that everywhere they go they will be hassled for photos and autographs. I don't agree with this at all. If anyone deserves their privacy it is Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart after all the crap the tabloids have put them through.

Don't Pattinson and Stewart deserve at least one night where they can act and be treated as normal, everyday people? Do fans always have to act crazy every time they see them or any celebrity for that matter? What is it about our culture that makes us go nuts over people who do nothing but entertain us? They are the court jesters of our time and we have made them into larger than life idols who for the most part don't deserve such treatment.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are talented performers who are loved by their fans but the fact that they wanted a night off from crazy, annoying, autograph and picture seekers, is not a surprise and there is nothing wrong with it. They weren't rude by asking that no one take photos. What is rude is being photographed while trying to eat.
