Box Office Mojo recently revealed their 2011 movie preview, sequels edition, and of course The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 (November 18th, 2011 release date) was included.
A couple of interesting facts about Breaking Dawn that the preview revealed are as follows:
Breaking Dawn – Part 1 is one of a record-breaking five 4th-part sequels (others include Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Scream 4, and Spy Kids 4: All The Time In The World) due this year; and
Breaking Dawn‘s release date, 17 months after Eclipse‘s, makes its release the “longest wait yet” (unclear whether that is fourth-sequel specific).
BOM also added some commentary about their take on what this means for Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and Breaking Dawn – Part 2‘s probable ticket sales:
"Add in a reportedly mixed fan reaction to the novel and how being broken in two didn’t help Deathly Hallows Part 1, and it wouldn’t be surprising if interest ebbs for Breaking Dawn "

Twilight and New Moon both had November release dates, but they were only a year (12 months) apart. Meanwhile, Eclipse had a June release date, so it was only a few months past New Moon‘s release.
