Jodie Foster Mentions Kristen In Interview

Actress Jodie Foster recently admitted in an interview that she is surprised Kristen Stewart continued her acting career. Stewart starred as Foster’s teenage diabetic daughter in the popular film ‘The Panic Room.’

Foster admitted that she enjoyed working with the then 12-year-old Stewart, but is surprised that the girl continued acting and gained so much popularity because “she didn’t seem to enjoy it.” Foster told Hollywood Reporter that she and Stewart did seem to have a few things in common, including their mutual dislike of fame.“I didn’t think she’d choose to be an actress,” Foster said. “I felt she was such an intelligent technician, always interested in the camera.”

Stewart herself has admitted a big distaste for fame, having once said that she misses just being able to be a girl who could go to the mall without being recognized.
